The Church at the Bay Worship Arts Team consists of talented artists who have decided to use their gifts for God. This team can be broken down into 3 smaller groups:
Band: This group consists of drummers, guitarists (acoustic/electric), bassists, keyboardists, and percussionists. All of these players are auditioned, and serve on a rotating schedule... auditions for the band are always open- if you can play, email Blaine for more info about how to plug-in.
Worship Leaders: This group consists of vocalists that help lead worship during our weekend services. For more information, email Blaine.
The Production Team: This group is responsible for most of what you see and hear on the weekend. Audio engineers, lighting technicians, computer/video/switcher operators, stagehands, and more all come together to make sure that the delivery of the music and message is powerful and effective. There are always entry-level positions available, and training is provided for those who want to learn more. If you are a "tech person", we would love to put you to work.
